PROPER IDENTIFICATION TO GIVE THE NOTORY 

Proper identification is required for any notary service requiring verification of signature.

Please have you identification card ready at the time of appointment.

This identification consist of any one of the following:

(All forms of identification must have a Signature, Photo, and Printed name.

Valid state driver license

foreign passports w/ valid U.S. immigration papers

Any state or U.S. issued Id card.

Permanent Resident Card or Green Card

U.S. Passport

U.S. Military Card with photo
